Multi-Pitch Rock Climbing:
North Carolina has some of the best granite (vertical faces and
domes) for traditional multi-pitch climbing. Spend the day on
the side of a rock face while enjoying spectacular scenery and
improving your climbing skills. Learn about traditional gear placement
and removal, hanging belays (cordelettes), and practice more technical
movement on rock. Routes range from 150 - 600 feet. Single-pitch
guiding is also possible. Consider booking a weekday outing for
a less crowded experience.
